PALISADES MEDIA ARTS ACADEMY
PMAA provides training in the arts from seasoned professionals with experience in audio production, theatre, dance, live instrumentation, film & video production, photography and more. Youth aged 16 – 29 living in the Jane-Finch neighbourhood,who are out of work and out of school are welcome to drop-in between the hours of 12 – 6 PM. The facilities include a cinema, recording studio, computer lab, classroom and lounge. Regular programming is set to begin in February 2012 with a focus on a daily structured curriculum along with tailored workshops by guest instructors.
